Our Head Chef and Founder of Mr Bigz Flavours, Martin Mwale also known to many as "Mr Bigz" has always had a passion for cooking from a young age. If you have watched his TV debut on Channel 5 you will see he learnt his cooking skills from his mother. During the 2020 pandemic, Mr Bigz began cooking and sharing his authentic food with his friends and family which after great feedback, quickly escalated to him renting a kitchen for 2 years. This is where "Mr Bigz Flavours" was born and started. Music has always been a huge part of Mr Bigz with him spending many years as a DJ. As a result of this, he always had a vision to create a space that combined his two passions and that is where Mr Bigz Flavours is subsequently now. He shares some of his favourite tunes from his Motherland Africa by playing the best of Afrobeats throughout the restaurant to create the best vibe for you all. A feel-good, friendly atmosphere with infectious music beats and the best tasting food.
